• Identity Information: Name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, and photograph.

• Special Categories of Personal Data: Health-related data, if you include them in your CV, such as disability information.
• Education and Professional Experience: Education background, certificates, diplomas, expertise, foreign language skills, abilities, seminars/courses attended, computer skills, exam results, and work experience.
• Other Information: Driver’s license details, hobbies, salary expectations, military service status, references, and any other information you voluntarily include in your CV.

Retention Periods

If your job application is not approved, your data may be retained for up to 1 year. If it is approved, your data may be retained for up to 10 years following the end of your employment.

Your personal data are processed for purposes such as:

• managing your job application process and communicating with you,
• determining whether you have the qualifications and age suitability for the proposed position,
• contacting references to verify your suitability for the job,
• evaluating your salary expectations and suitability for different positions,
• determining your driver’s license status where company vehicle use may be required,
• preparing your personnel file if you are hired and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

3. By what method and legal basis do we process your personal data?

Your personal data are processed automatically or non-automatically on the basis of:

• the necessity for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation,
• the necessity of processing data directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4. To whom and for what purposes do we transfer your personal data?
